Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for General & Administrative, Technology, and Operations roles from kickoff through signed offer.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, specialized networks, and direct outreach.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Synapticure’s mission and values.
  • Screen and qualify candidates for both role fit and alignment with startup culture and mission.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft job descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Manage scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations to drive hiring velocity.
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven insights on pipeline health, market trends, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and streamlined workflows.
  • Identify and implement recruiting process improvements, including interview scoring and automated candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with the People team to support a smooth transition from candidate to employee during onboarding.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining high-growth agency and in-house roles.
  • Ability to manage a diverse requisition load across Tech/Product/Eng, G&A, and Operations independently.
  • Experience working without reliance on a recruiting coordinator or sourcer.
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms, such as Lever.
  • Comfort using remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence hiring managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, startup environment with frequent ambiguity and a need for scrappiness.
  • Preferred experience in telehealth, digital health, or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing and hiring clinical providers, including Nurse Practitioners, Physicians (MD/DOs), and Medical Assistants.
  • Preferred familiarity with healthcare terminology or recruiting within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Preferred experience working in a fully remote, distributed team.
  • Preferred success in sourcing passive talent for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
