Description

  • Manage and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
  • Maintain and evolve the observability stack, including metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Write and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support and improve GitOps workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers on reliability, performance, and scalability topics.
  • Help build and maintain reliable infrastructure across the platform.
  • Own reliability practices and contribute to the team’s DevOps culture.

Requirements

  • Confident working in Linux terminal environments and troubleshooting system basics.
  • Understanding of Docker containers, images, and basic Docker operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which hosts the entire infrastructure.
  • Solid hands-on Kubernetes experience, including workloads, networking, and cluster operations.
  • Experience with GitOps tools such as FluxCD or similar is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana.
  • Understanding of the differences between metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
  • Understanding of SLI, SLO, and SLA concepts.
  • Basic understanding of AI-related concepts, including agents, skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Experience writing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, or similar, including basic operations and monitoring is preferred.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including load balancers, gateways, and DNS in cloud architectures is preferred.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform is preferred.
