Description

  • Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go to support core product functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional product development team.
  • Maintain platform health by ensuring backend services remain stable, scalable, and reliable.
  • Communicate proactively and transparently throughout all stages of work to keep teammates aligned.
  • Participate in goal setting and team planning and help define team objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team and product development process.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing APIs, preferably in Go or similar technologies.
  • Ability and willingness to learn Go.
  • At least 1 year of experience composing common SQL queries.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think imaginatively and propose new ideas.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and enjoyment of cross-team cooperation.
  • Conscientiousness with attention to detail, accuracy, and high standards.
  • Resilience, a growth mindset, and problem-solving skills when facing setbacks.
  • Confidence to speak up, challenge norms, ask questions, and drive improvement.
  • Comfort working in a multicultural, international environment and openness to feedback.
