Description

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build relationships with C-level, IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
Develop new business with hospitals, academic medical centers, and oncology-focused care providers.
Partner with internal teams on product demonstrations, RFP responses, and implementation support.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecast updates.
Manage a territory with significant sales activity across multiple U.S. regions.

Requirements

7+ years of software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
Experience selling into complex healthcare environments such as IDNs, cancer centers, and health systems.
Understanding of oncology workflows, radiotherapy systems, or medical software preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel throughout the region up to 50%.
Experience working in a remote, field-based sales role.
Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management processes.
