Description

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services.
Automate deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and routine maintenance tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development, data, security, and AI teams to integrate infrastructure and code changes smoothly.
Implement and manage access control, network security, and compliance-related policies across the infrastructure.
Lead incident response and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure rapid recovery and service continuity.
Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve DevOps processes and toolchains.
Support production readiness for AI models as they move into the platform environment.

Requirements

Experience with Linux environments.
Experience with DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications such as Docker.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Google Cloud Monitoring/StackDriver, Grafana, Prometheus/AlertManager, or New Relic.
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, and a proactive 'Get Things Done' mindset.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Preferred experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana, Vault, Redis, MySQL, and DNS.
Preferred experience using AI to debug and develop infrastructure tooling or build AI agents for automation and monitoring.
Preferred experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go.
Preferred experience provisioning servers and services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred experience with Istio.
Preferred knowledge of cloud networking, including VPC management, routing, NAT, and TCPdump troubleshooting.
