Description

  • Shape and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Insurance Products charter.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of changes across pricing, coverages, discounts, eligibility, and business rules.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and iterate based on results.
  • Improve tools, processes, and automation to speed up product delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional compliance and regulatory initiatives with Insurance, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Translate insights into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Own prioritization, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, training, communications, and performance tracking.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs and measure the impact of product changes.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to leadership using data-driven narratives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning a product backlog and leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle with a team of at least four engineers.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, user-focused solutions.
  • Experience working in a product company or in a long-term partnership with one, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Comfort using SQL, BI tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and undefined problem spaces.
  • Hands-on approach to testing hypotheses, measuring results, and iterating quickly.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and strong trend analysis abilities.
  • Clear and confident communication tailored to different audiences.
  • Great command of English, C1 level, both written and spoken.
  • Availability in the afternoons to support collaboration with the United States; occasional evening meetings may occur.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus.
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Customer.io and Braze is a plus.
