Description

  • Own the end-to-end project management of RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses from intake through submission.
  • Evaluate incoming solicitations and support go/no-go recommendations with Sales and Business Operations.
  • Build proposal schedules, assign tasks, track deadlines, and manage review milestones.
  • Maintain compliance matrices and ensure all submission requirements are addressed.
  • Coordinate proposal production logistics, including formatting, packaging, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
  • Serve as the central hub for proposal activity across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
  • Facilitate internal reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback before deadlines.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical sections and with Partnerships on subcontractor and integration content.
  • Source, adapt, and edit content from libraries, prior submissions, and subject matter experts for agency-specific proposals.
  • Maintain and improve proposal templates, reusable content libraries, reporting, and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or RFP coordination.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, govtech, or public-sector sales environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables with firm deadlines.
  • Experience with government procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Familiarity with public-sector evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong grammar and company voice alignment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building and maintaining proposal content libraries, templates, and process documentation.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools or proposal management software to improve efficiency.
