Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing technical support.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across cloud, containerized, and network environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce, investigate, and escalate complex issues.
  • Guide customers through setup, configuration, and platform best practices.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support processes to improve knowledge sharing and customer experience.
  • Identify recurring problems and contribute to proactive fixes and product improvements.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and strong problem ownership.
  • Establish the foundation for the company’s technical support function, including processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/3/4 technical support or a system/post-sale/production engineering role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity company is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking, routing, and security concepts.
  • Experience with at least one automation or programming language such as Python, Bash, or Golang.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
