Description

  • Lead client-facing discovery calls, sprint reviews, roadmap discussions, and demos.
  • Evaluate and pressure-test product decisions before implementation begins.
  • Scope and deliver work within a structured delivery framework tied to defined business outcomes.
  • Build full-stack applications in TypeScript/JavaScript across Node, React, and Next.js.
  • Write and maintain BDD test suites using Cucumber and Gherkin.
  • Build daily on the Anthropic API and Claude Code, including structured outputs, tool use, and agent workflows.
  • Manage client relationships proactively with clear communication and no surprises.
  • Work across multiple client engagements simultaneously and switch context across different stacks.
  • Own delivery from discovery to production and contribute throughout the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • C1 English or equivalent.
  • Deep TypeScript/JavaScript experience with production-grade architecture and strong opinions on runtime tradeoffs and type safety.
  • Strong AWS experience; Azure and GCP are not substitutes.
  • Hands-on LLM API experience, including function calling, streaming, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.
  • Comfort leading client calls, demos, and roadmap discussions with founders and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to context-switch across multiple client projects and stacks simultaneously.
  • Disciplined process adherence, including structured delivery frameworks, PR hygiene, and documentation without being asked.
  • Full dedication required; concurrent formal employment is not compatible with this role.
  • Based anywhere in the Americas and available from 9:00am Eastern time.
  • Background in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or fintech is preferred.
  • Prior engineering management experience or a clear path toward it is preferred.
  • AWS or cloud certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Claude Code and the Anthropic stack in production is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted code review tools such as CodeRabbit is preferred.
