Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and follow customer-happiness best practices to meet KPIs.
  • Keep up to date with evolving tools and technologies and apply them to support processes.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and in accordance with security/privacy practices.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists to escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development activities to improve support quality.
  • Adhere to the assigned fixed schedule and shift responsibilities (weekend coverage as required).

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English, minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • 6–12 months of experience in customer support, preferably including phone-based support.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude with strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work the fixed part-time schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 12:00–20:00 CET.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • Willingness to handle sensitive customer data securely and follow client-specific procedures.
  • Ability to work fully remotely and operate effectively in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Note: contractors and employees may have differing eligibility for certain terms and benefits (specifics provided in agreement).
