Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and product features to provide accurate guidance.
  • Apply customer happiness best practices and meet defined performance KPIs.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and follow client data protection requirements.
  • Keep up to date with evolving tools and technologies used by clients and SupportYourApp.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists to escalate and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English, minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • 6–12 months of prior customer support experience.
  • Availability to work the fixed part-time schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12:00–20:00 CET.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude with strong customer-focus.
  • Ability to work remotely in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Experience handling sensitive customer data and following security/privacy procedures.
  • Submit CV in English (application preference).
