Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Resolve support inquiries of varying complexity, including how-to questions and product assistance.
  • Gather technical information needed to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base and update transaction statuses when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
  • Securely handle customers’ sensitive information.
  • Escalate complex, repetitive, or merchant-related issues to the L2 team.
  • Ensure proper case handling and follow-up to support timely issue resolution.
  • Work to maintain customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Polish communication skills, with at least C1 proficiency in both spoken and written language.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Tech-savvy mindset.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Experience in Technical Support is a plus.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
