Description

  • Provide technical support by phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365.
  • Improve customer support processes and procedures.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed about company updates.

Requirements

  • C1-level spoken and written English and French proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in technical support and a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical concepts, including APIs, operating systems, and SaaS tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
