Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Escalate complex cases to the internal team.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and carefully.
  • Apply customer happiness best practices to support interactions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions.
  • Meet defined KPI targets.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.

Requirements

  • Excellent French and English skills at C1 level or higher for both spoken and written communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer and technical support role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience handling ticket-based customer issues across email, phone, and chat channels.
  • Ability to learn and follow precise procedures.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 16 GB RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 45 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Experience supporting time and attendance software or workforce management systems from a support perspective is a plus.
