Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chat and email.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet client KPIs.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Apply up-to-date customer satisfaction and “customer happiness” practices.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists to resolve issues.
  • Keep up with evolving support tools and technology and adopt new processes as needed.
  • Work the assigned fixed schedule and coordinate availability with the team (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 GMT+2).

Requirements

  • Excellent Estonian communication skills (minimum C1 for spoken and written) and English at B2 level.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude toward customers and teammates.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to work fully remotely and follow the project’s assigned schedule (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 GMT+2).
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
