Description

  • Deliver outstanding technical support through email and chat channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet established KPIs.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and in accordance with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level).
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with VPS setup and management.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • CRM systems expertise (preferred).
