Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via email and social media channels.
  • Manage and resolve customer and technical inquiries, testing and troubleshooting basic issues when needed.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to engineers and follow through on resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions, products, and internal tools to meet performance KPIs.
  • Apply current customer happiness practices and continuously update knowledge of evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
  • Nice to have: developed communication skills, experience handling high workload, and familiarity with CRM systems.
