Description

  • Gather, analyze, and report supply chain data to identify trends and recommend process improvements across forecasting, logistics, operational processes, site layout, and inventory management.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory levels and understanding product movement throughout the fulfillment network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including IT, inventory control, site operations, and project managers to support fulfillment operations and improvement recommendations.
  • Support large-scale supply chain projects by coordinating with internal teams to implement strategic solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Research industry best practices, automation technologies, and new tools that can improve operations or address operational constraints.
  • Help create detailed documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams to support process standardization.
  • Support vendor communication by sharing technical needs, project status, issues, and budget-related requirements.
  • Own a defined project that contributes to ongoing improvement efforts within the fulfillment network.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or related tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Arena.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; SupplyHouse.com does not sponsor work visas.
  • Remote employees must work in a distraction-free environment with minimal background noise and interruptions.

  • $20.00 per hour pay.
  • 10-week summer internship program from June 1st to August 7th.
  • Remote work with eligibility for candidates in multiple U.S. states.
