Description

  • Develop and implement company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and drive AI project roadmaps from conception to deployment.
  • Collaborate with executives, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to support AI integration.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to recommend solutions that improve product offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms with a focus on scalability and robustness.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and performance of AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI through training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy development, machine learning, or data science leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading AI projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and related AI technologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI software frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
