Description

  • Support core HR programs such as performance, merit, benefits, and recruiting through data and technology enablement.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to inform program design and assess effectiveness.
  • Provide insights that improve talent outcomes, including hiring, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead analysis of workforce data such as turnover, compensation, recruiting, and engagement to support decision-making.
  • Translate people data into dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Forecast workforce needs and evaluate HR program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition, internal communications and engagement, and HR operations to ground people analytics in HR context.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to apply AI across HR.
  • Use AI to automate HR processes and enable more autonomous workflows at scale.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technologies, including integrations and vendor management, while maintaining data integrity, governance, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR technology, or HR program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience with HR systems, analytics, and programs.
  • Experience managing HR technology vendors and systems such as ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, and Litmos is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools in HR applications.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR practices and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
