Description

  • Build, maintain, and document complex datasets that support Quality analytics and performance improvement efforts.
  • Use Excel analyses, trackers, and complex queries to support day-to-day decision making.
  • Project manage data governance and data ecosystem improvement initiatives from problem definition through sustainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality measures into standard operations.
  • Lead user experience working groups and strengthen feedback loops between end users and data teams.
  • Troubleshoot digital friction and document recurring user pain points as the first line of support for end users.
  • Design and maintain systems to monitor interventions tied to improved quality of care and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and align stakeholders on priorities, requirements, and timelines.
  • Present clear narratives and executive-level reporting to both leadership and field teams.
  • Support the design of patient outcome metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and quality visualizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of progressive project management experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong technical proficiency to design, maintain, update, and deploy high-impact visualizations in cross-functional settings.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex datasets into compelling visualizations.
  • Understanding of relational database architecture.
  • Wireframing expertise and strong design aesthetic.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Preferred experience strengthening data governance in complex organizations.
  • Ability to translate abstract quality and population health goals into analytical frameworks and technical roadmaps.
  • Experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction, building consensus, managing risk, and communicating progress.
