Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting solution implementations across the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Own assigned workstreams and keep delivery focused on outcomes, scope, priorities, and milestones.
  • Engage with client and internal stakeholders to provide clear, proactive communication and maintain alignment.
  • Translate regulatory requirements and client objectives into actionable implementation plans and delivery tasks.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Maintain delivery governance through documentation, status reporting, and structured escalation.
  • Apply regulatory and data model knowledge to support implementation decisions and solution refinement with Product and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology, templates, and internal best practices.
  • Support colleague development through knowledge sharing, peer guidance, mentorship, and coaching at senior levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, implementation delivery, project management, or consulting within financial services or RegTech at Junior level; 4+ years at Associate level; 7+ years at Senior level.
  • Solid to deep understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and the ability to interpret supervisory guidance and its practical impact.
  • Familiarity with financial products and the data structures, validation logic, and system workflows behind regulatory submissions.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing concurrent workstreams.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and able to maintain momentum while protecting quality and governance standards.
  • Proactive, with a track record of anticipating needs, taking initiative, and driving progress independently.
  • Sound judgement in navigating delivery complexity, competing priorities, and ambiguity, including knowing when to escalate.
  • Direct client-facing or significant stakeholder management experience, including managing expectations under pressure.
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present credibly to different audiences.
  • Ability to coordinate and influence across cross-functional teams; experience with SaaS implementations, multi-jurisdiction regulatory reporting, Jira or similar tools, pre-sales or RFP discussions, solution design/architecture discussions, shaping delivery governance, or a European language is desirable.
