Description

  • Analyze and draft retirement plan documents to ensure compliance and alignment with client objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to manage the document lifecycle for qualified plans.
  • Interpret defined contribution plan regulations, code provisions, and plan document requirements.
  • Prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation as needed.
  • Support client service by providing timely responses and solutions to client needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn defined contribution plans and regulations.
  • Familiarity with prototype and volume submitter documents.
  • Ability to interpret sophisticated plan documents and code provisions.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Strong initiative, integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation.
