Description

  • Develop accurate 3D site models from survey data, including contours, levels, boundaries, and setbacks.
  • Implement design updates from company markups and translate them into coordinated plans, sections, elevations, and model revisions.
  • Produce detailed, construction-ready documentation with clear setout information.
  • Prepare interior elevations with precise joinery and finish integration.
  • Review and integrate finishes, fixtures, joinery, and related schedules into drawings.
  • Maintain strict drawing standards, including company documentation conventions, file structure, and presentation.
  • Apply Australian Standards and NCC requirements to residential documentation.
  • Respond efficiently to instructions and maintain workflow across live projects in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Advanced ArchiCAD capability is non-negotiable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural documentation.
  • Strong residential construction knowledge, including detailing and setout.
  • Proven ability to produce interior elevations and coordinated drawing sets.
  • Working understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
  • High accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, interpret intent, and minimise back-and-forth.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a small, tight team.
  • Remote working capability with clear instructions and markups.
  • Availability for ongoing engagement for the right person.
