Description

  • Develop the long-term vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations for Professional Services enablement.
  • Establish KPIs and analytics to measure enablement impact and support data-driven decisions.
  • Create and publish the Professional Services enablement calendar.
  • Communicate enablement strategies, program progress, and readiness metrics to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across Product, GTM Enablement, Partners, and Professional Services leadership to align enablement priorities and product readiness.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into learning paths and actionable enablement resources.
  • Build training programs and content that support consulting and soft-skill development.
  • Create scalable enablement assets such as technical deep-dives, playbooks, certification programs, and hands-on technical labs.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources.
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps and partner cross-functionally to improve satisfaction, productivity, and revenue generation.
  • Support change management and promote best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting or enablement role.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them to curriculum design.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve sales and delivery performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships across the organization.
  • Passion for continuous learning and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Experience developing content for technical certifications, preferred.
  • Professional experience using e-learning software and/or an LMS, preferred.
  • Experience working in the payment industry and/or consulting, preferred.
