Description

  • Set the vision and manage execution of Link’s integrated consumer marketing strategy across all touchpoints (paid media, site, OOH, lifecycle, partnerships, social, etc.).
  • Develop full-funnel consumer marketing campaigns and launch new consumer features, integrating product launch moments into overarching campaigns.
  • Define core positioning, target personas, target market segments, addressable audience, and target penetration in partnership with user research.
  • Manage and grow a small team of marketers, make critical hires, and provide leadership to influence teams and individuals.
  • Allocate and own the consumer marketing budget, set the annual budget, and regularly report on campaign ROI to the CMO.
  • Collaborate closely with product, product marketing, partnerships, comms, brand, growth marketing, marketing operations, data science, and user research to shape messaging and media strategy.
  • Guide creative development using customer insights and key messages to create strong campaigns.
  • Direct and manage cross-functional teams and external agencies with strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in tech marketing (ideally with 10+ years in B2C marketing).
  • 5+ years managing teams and demonstrated strong leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience running high-profile campaigns for leading tech companies across a diverse range of channels in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Experience owning and allocating a marketing budget and measuring/reporting ROI.
  • Fluency with engagement platforms such as Braze.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, target personas, and segmentation for consumer products.
  • Experience collaborating with product, product marketing, partnerships, comms, and cross-functional teams.
