Description

  • Observe real-world users and identify operational friction points.
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy workflow improvements.
  • Improve UI/UX simplicity across operational systems.
  • Conduct QA testing across deployed platform functionality.
  • Debug operational failures and identify root causes.
  • Participate in prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.
  • Work directly with frontline store teams to improve adoption and usability.
  • Translate operational problems into technical solutions.
  • Map and optimize operational workflows across the customer journey.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to accelerate iteration cycles.
  • Support ongoing deployment and stabilization efforts following platform launch.
  • Improve performance, reliability, usability, and operational scalability of internal systems.

Requirements

  • Strong product instincts, technical operator experience, startup building experience, AI-native systems thinking, or highly technical generalist background.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, operationally intense, and highly iterative environments.
  • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and fast-moving approach to work.
  • Comfort with breaking and fixing things and simplifying complexity.
  • Curiosity about operational behavior and enthusiasm for real-world problem solving.
  • Preferred experience with product thinking and workflow design.
  • Preferred experience with QA testing and debugging.
  • Preferred experience with AI tooling and prompt engineering.
  • Preferred experience with rapid prototyping.
  • Preferred familiarity with API and systems integration.
  • Preferred UI/UX instincts.
  • Preferred experience with operational process mapping.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Automotive industry experience is not required.
