Description

  • Own the financial performance of the location, including daily and monthly P&L management.
  • Drive revenue growth, gross profit, pricing, productivity, and cost control decisions.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency using real-time observation and performance data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns.
  • Use technology and operational systems to monitor key metrics and guide business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for results.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to quickly assess operations and implement solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with significant ownership and measurable goals.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk for most of the workday, and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
