Description

  • Own the financial performance of the location by managing daily and monthly P&L results.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit by improving sales execution, pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency using observation and performance data to improve workflows and execution.
  • Deliver strong customer experiences by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns.
  • Use technology and operational systems to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Own the location’s results across revenue, margins, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for results.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze P&L data and performance metrics.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Ability to quickly assess business problems, identify opportunities, and execute solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with full ownership of outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Two-week leadership and operations training is provided.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk معظم of the workday, and use hand tools and manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
