Description

  • Own the financial performance of the business, including daily and monthly P&L results and decisions that improve revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit by identifying business opportunities, improving sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by using observation and performance data to ensure smooth workflows, strong productivity, and consistent execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining service standards, resolving customer concerns, and improving retention and loyalty.
  • Leverage technology and operational systems to monitor performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage a high-volume service business with direct accountability for location results and operational outcomes.
  • Continuously analyze business performance and implement improvements to strengthen operations and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams with a track record of improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success developing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability-building.
  • Operational instincts and problem-solving ability to quickly assess a business and execute solutions.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where leaders are expected to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Experience from retail, hospitality, service, or other operational industries is relevant and valued.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with tools overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk for most of the workday, and use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
