Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Support onboarding and training for new customers, including resource creation and transition coordination from construction to operations.
  • Review and compile monthly and quarterly service performance reports using data from other teams.
  • Own customer newsletter planning, drafting, editing, stakeholder coordination, and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, meeting notes, feedback, and follow-up items for compliance and ESG needs.
  • Act as the liaison for maintaining Wrike or a similar project management platform across the GAM team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical support, sales, security, and facility management to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor and refine operational processes to support continuous improvement and team agility.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on operational matters.
  • Complete ad hoc projects in support of the Director of Global Account Management + Business Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or operations in a data center or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer operations or account management in a data center, technology, or energy industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with lease administration and compliance documentation, such as certificates of insurance, preferred.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and automation solutions preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer KPI tracking and reporting preferred.
  • Based in the Dallas area preferred for in-person collaboration, with the role being remote and occasional office meetings required.
