Description

  • Own Salesforce platform architecture, governance, and release control across GTM workflows, objects, fields, automations, integrations, and permissions.
  • Translate cross-functional requirements from RevOps, Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data into system design and execution.
  • Own Sales Cloud and core CRM workflows including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities, campaigns, lifecycle stages, routing, renewals, expansions, and handoffs.
  • Support lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes with clear ownership, required fields, source logic, stage rules, assignment logic, and adoption checks.
  • Maintain data quality by monitoring completeness, freshness, duplicates, routing failures, and workflow friction.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on Pardot / Account Engagement, campaign data, consent, attribution support, and funnel reporting.
  • Own Salesforce-side integration quality for DealHub CPQ, including quote data, approvals, product lines, order handoffs, and reporting impact.
  • Lead requirements gathering, scorecard creation, vendor comparison, and architecture review for future Data 360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, and related CDP decisions.
  • Lead implementation planning and execution for any selected platform, including phases, ownership, risks, testing, migration, enablement, and adoption metrics.
  • Run release management end to end, including intake, solution design, testing, regression checks, deployment, communication, documentation, and adoption tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on administration and solution or architecture ownership in a GTM or Revenue Operations context.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant; Application Architect is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, core CRM objects, declarative automation (Flow), permissions, and release or change management across environments.
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and marketing-to-sales workflows.
  • Experience with CPQ tools such as DealHub or comparable platforms across lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream systems such as a data warehouse, Finance, marketing, or order management systems.
  • Experience supporting reporting and data quality across connected systems.
  • Familiarity with CDP or marketing cloud platform evaluation, including Salesforce Data 360, SFMC Advanced, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Responsys, is a plus.
  • AI literacy with the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
