Description

Advise health systems on cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and general surgery device sourcing, utilization, standardization, and vendor strategy.
Analyze clinical and financial data to identify cost-reduction and value-based device opportunities.
Present actionable sourcing and utilization recommendations to health system executives, physicians, and service line leaders.
Manage multiple client engagements focused on reducing physician preference item costs and unwarranted variation.
Engage supply chain and clinical stakeholders on project scopes, deliverables, current-state processes, and best practices.
Maintain knowledge of device trends, reimbursement, market dynamics, vendor landscapes, and GHX research.
Develop scalable tools, processes, and content for device comparisons, evidence reviews, and strategy recommendations.
Educate internal stakeholders and provide client feedback to support product development, research prioritization, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration, supply chain, a clinical field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience with a healthcare provider, medical device manufacturer, or healthcare consultancy.
Deep expertise in cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and/or general surgery devices.
Understanding of device sourcing, vendor management, utilization, and standardization initiatives.
Experience analyzing clinical and financial healthcare data to produce actionable insights.
Ability to identify root causes, develop hypotheses, and execute solutions with measurable impact.
Ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas to senior and clinical leaders independently.
Strong customer service, judgment, tact, diplomacy, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize independently, collaborate across teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to travel to client sites approximately 20% of the time.

Benefits

Base salary range of $105,000–$115,000.
