Description

  • Lead implementation efforts for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Design supply chain processes, system configurations, customizations, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into process designs, software solutions, customizations, and integration approaches.
  • Contribute to solution proposals and execution plans, including scope, assumptions, implementation strategy, and technology options.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance within the supply chain functional area and identify risks with mitigation plans.
  • Perform D365 SCM demonstrations for clients during proof-of-concept and Joint Process Design activities.
  • Communicate complex solution topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organize tasks and projects effectively, make recommendations, and deliver accurate work on deadline.
  • Support client success by guiding best practices and encouraging win-win outcomes with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8+ years of consulting experience.
  • 3+ years leading D365 F&O implementations.
  • At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with D365 F&O modules including Advanced Warehouse/Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Valuation and Closing, Logistics, Product Information Management, Product Returns, and/or Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions for complex business requirements and streamline or automate business processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada, including to client sites and company office locations in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered.
