Description

  • Implement and manage Adoreal’s commercial programs within partner clinics to improve patient acquisition and conversion.
  • Advise clinics on branding, social presence, and growth opportunities based on data and consumer behavior.
  • Use clinic KPIs and performance analytics to identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and retention.
  • Act as a fractional CEO for assigned clinics by supporting day-to-day commercial operations and overall performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with surgeons and clinic teams and serve as their primary day-to-day partner.
  • Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff on CLA messaging, patient pre-qualification, lead conversion, and consultation best practices.
  • Coach clinic teams on pricing narratives and use of Adoreal’s consumer-facing tools.
  • Monitor commercial metrics such as inquiry-to-consultation and consultation-to-surgery conversion, and work to improve outcomes.
  • Serve as a field feedback channel to product and development teams and help refine platform innovation.
  • Lead change management, process redesigns, and implementation efforts within clinics, including on-site execution and system adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, clinic operations, or high-touch client success roles.
  • Experience in aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of patient behavior, clinic economics, and sales psychology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence others.
  • Willingness to travel domestically, with travel up to 70%.
  • Must live within an hour of a major airport in the United States.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management in small businesses and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Ability to diagnose operational gaps, design implementation roadmaps, and execute initiatives through full adoption.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn, configure, and teach CRM systems, patient journey tools, scheduling software, and analytics dashboards.
  • Comfort communicating directly with surgeons and physicians before and after procedures in high-stakes care environments.
  • Flexible schedule availability aligned to clinic operating hours, surgical schedules, and on-site implementation needs.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the applicable country; no visa sponsorship is offered.
