Description

  • Lead implementation efforts for Finance in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
  • Design finance solutions and perform system setup, including business processes, configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution options.
  • Develop solution proposals and execution plans, including scope, assumptions, implementation approach, and technology options.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance within the finance functional area.
  • Identify project risks and create mitigation plans proactively.
  • Perform D365 Finance demonstrations for clients during proof-of-concept and Joint Process Design activities.
  • Communicate complex solution and project topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organize tasks and projects effectively to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Support clients through best-practice guidance from requirements gathering through implementation delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8+ years of consulting experience.
  • 3+ years leading D365 F&O implementations.
  • At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Finance.
  • Experience with D365 F&O modules including AR, AP, collections, GL, and fixed assets.
  • Experience with SK Soft.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions for complex business requirements and automate or streamline business processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% across the United States and Canada.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered.
