Description

  • Research and identify prospects showing intent to purchase company solutions.
  • Source, intake, categorize, and manage leads using prospecting tools, internal databases, and the CRM.
  • Build relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and Microsoft field sellers to create opportunities.
  • Follow up independently on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
  • Meet with prospects to understand decision-makers, timelines, budgets, challenges, competition, and business needs.
  • Communicate product and industry expertise to prospects and develop relationships that build trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on lead assignment and provide detailed opportunity information during handoffs.
  • Monitor scorecards and refine business-growth metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and acquisition of new logos.
  • Improve sales skills and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM preferred.
  • Experience in inside sales or a similar role preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and negotiation techniques preferred.
  • Experience creating multi-step campaigns and using data-driven insights to improve results preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven approach and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% across the United States and Canada and attend occasional industry events.

  • Salary range of $73,300–$102,200, inclusive of bonus opportunities.
