Description

  • Provide consultative technical sales expertise to prospective Boltline buyers.
  • Qualify leads based on industry, hardware development needs, and organizational culture.
  • Own and improve the end-to-end product demonstration experience for global hardware innovators.
  • Represent Stoke’s hardware development methodologies, practices, and milestones to support customer adoption.
  • Track sales blockers, roadmap priorities, feature requests, and competitive tools.
  • Maintain trusted-advisor relationships with customers throughout contract agreements.
  • Acquire new customers and sell additional Boltline modules to existing customers in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience working with complex hardware or related software products.
  • 3+ years of B2B commercial experience selling advanced technology solutions, including $6- or $7-figure annual deals.
  • Demonstrated success winning contracts with engineering and manufacturing decision-makers.
  • Understanding of startups and small to midsize businesses with 2–2,000 employees.
  • Experience with CAD, PLM, MES, ERP, or SCM systems as a customer, vendor, consultant, or implementer.
  • Ability to communicate with audiences ranging from engineering students to founders across the US, EU, and Japan.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development preferred.
  • BS or MS in engineering, manufacturing, or operations preferred.
  • Project management experience, familiarity with Atlassian tools, Trello, or Office, and knowledge of shop-floor operations, machine tools, additive manufacturing, dual-use technologies, or ITAR controls preferred.
  • ITAR eligibility and authorization to work with U.S. export-controlled technology required.
