Description

  • Gather and analyze technical requirements for Braze and partner technology integrations within client martech stacks.
  • Develop detailed functional design specifications, including workflows, user journeys, and business rules.
  • Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions that connect business objectives with technical execution.
  • Build and manage complex data structures, including user attributes, events, and data tracking logic.
  • Define integration points and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Create dynamic and static audience segments using Braze segmentation tools.
  • Design multi-step, multi-channel campaign flows in Braze Canvas with automated messaging logic.
  • Collaborate with Delivery team members, including Business Strategists, Marketing Strategists, and Technical Producers.
  • Bring solution ideas, recommendations, and write-ups to other Solution Architects and project teams.
  • Manage time effectively to meet quarterly billable hour targets and assigned deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
  • 3 or more Braze certifications, including Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications, or the ability to quickly obtain them after starting.
  • Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
  • Experience and confidence in developing and clearly documenting custom solutions.
  • Strong organization, delegation, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into implementation recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unfamiliar technologies and consulting challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent strategic and technical thinking with the ability to navigate complex situations confidently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements successfully.
  • Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations while managing expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
