Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform components, including shared services, APIs, and foundational user and admin experiences.
  • Align platform investments with broader company objectives and the long-term direction of the AI-powered security platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of large and sophisticated customers and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Prioritize roadmap decisions that support complex, large-scale data and workflow management.
  • Guide the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch.
  • Partner with Engineering to build durable platform solutions and make thoughtful technical investments.
  • Work with Design to create intuitive platform configuration experiences.
  • Champion the platform internally by articulating its value to stakeholders across the company.
  • Support the field organization, including Sales, SEs, and TAMs, in advancing customer deals and demonstrating platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven experience owning and shipping core platform capabilities.
  • Strong technical fluency with a deep understanding of enterprise-grade SaaS architectures.
  • Ability to understand APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data models to make informed product decisions.
  • Experience building extensible products that can scale.
  • Strategic mindset for defining and prioritizing platform roadmaps aligned to company goals.
  • Ability to balance internal and external customer needs in platform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with engineering, design, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to a broad audience and build buy-in for a vision.
