Description

  • Own products and workflows for tracking, allocating, governing, and using fleets, vehicles, locations, and operational assets.
  • Define data models, business rules, integrations, and resource-management workflows.
  • Develop access-control capabilities governing who can view, assign, access, or operate operational resources.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Align stakeholders around roadmap priorities and influence architecture without direct authority.
  • Balance usability, governance, scalability, and delivery speed across greenfield and existing products.
  • Travel occasionally to convene with colleagues and participate in company events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience owning complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS products, operational platforms, or B2B systems.
  • Experience in fleet operations, asset management, location-based operations, permissions, workflow tooling, or resource allocation systems preferred.
  • Expertise in operational domains such as fleet, logistics, supply chain, field service, inventory, or similar.
  • Working fluency with role- and attribute-based access controls, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit trails.
  • Ability to make architectural tradeoffs and earn the trust of senior engineers without needing to be an engineer.
  • Proven ability to align security, engineering, legal, operations, and commercial stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID preferred.
  • Experience in SOC 2 or GDPR-regulated environments and knowledge of Zero Trust principles preferred.
  • Experience with non-human identities, service accounts, scoped permissions, automotive, manufacturing, or multi-site operations preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old; remote work is unavailable in New York City.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role within the United States.
  • Base salary of $140,000–$170,000; California range of $154,000–$187,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual performance bonus program.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and income protection insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match and immediate vesting.
  • 20 days of planned PTO, 40 hours of unplanned PTO, and 14 company or floating holidays annually.
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, plus paid bereavement, jury duty, voting, and military leave.
