Description

  • Administer and maintain container orchestration platforms and containerized workloads (Kubernetes).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while participating in on-call rotations and incident response processes.
  • Drive observability improvements by enhancing monitoring, logging, and alerting across systems and data platforms.
  • Administer, optimize, and operate cloud-based environments across multiple providers (multi‑cloud).
  • Manage and support distributed data platforms and real-time processing systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, Kafka, Spark, Redis, MongoDB).
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Own and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and automation for consistent, scalable infrastructure (Terraform, Helm).
  • Automate and orchestrate infrastructure and operational workflows using programming and scripting (Python, Bash).
  • Perform system administration and networking tasks to support internal and external environments and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
  • Proven experience operating and leading large-scale production systems in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
  • Advanced Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager, plus familiarity with chat-based operations interfaces and AI agentic auto-remediation/auto-triaging concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership in production on-call operations, incident management, and cultivating a reliability-focused culture.
  • Experience operating distributed data platforms and real-time systems (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Spark, Kafka, Redis).
  • Proficiency in automation and programming with Python and Bash and implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment platforms (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, ArgoCD).
  • Strong technical background in distributed systems, databases, networking, and Linux administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; certifications in AWS, GCP, Observability, Linux, or Kubernetes are a plus.
