Description

  • Coordinate stakeholders, vendor training teams, site leads, and program partners to transition deployment training to sustainment operations.
  • Track training readiness, assignments, completions, issues, risks, and action items, and drive gap resolution.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, PMO updates, leadership briefings, presentations, meeting materials, and client communications.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate decisions, progress, dependencies, and risks to program leadership.
  • Coordinate training-material and communication updates for EHR releases, workflow changes, and program priorities.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, training guidance, and transition materials.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and present training metrics and program status to support operational decisions.
  • Triage and track training inquiries, incidents, and ad hoc requests using ServiceNow or comparable tools.
  • Support VA client requests and incorporate stakeholder feedback while managing competing deadlines across a distributed team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in training operations, IT program coordination, software implementation support, or a related analyst role.
  • Experience producing professional PowerPoint presentations, status reports, executive-ready summaries, and detailed documentation.
  • Experience tracking project activities, action items, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of training delivery, adult learning principles, training documentation, and user support for enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, and ability to incorporate feedback.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable issue-tracking, ticketing, or service-management systems.
  • Experience with VA EHR Modernization, healthcare IT, EHR systems, or federal health programs (preferred).
  • Experience with post-go-live training, sustainment transitions, organizational change management, federal consulting, or enterprise software releases (preferred).
