Description

  • Own and evolve the One-to-Many training offer, including the Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.
  • Deliver webinars that help clients adopt the platform and Collaborative Learning methodology.
  • Maintain Academy content in line with product releases and client needs.
  • Analyze Academy completion rates and webinar satisfaction scores to improve the training catalog.
  • Develop scalable learning initiatives such as new webinar formats, gamified Academy experiences, and localized content.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to address client friction points and share adoption insights.
  • Contribute platform-usage and client-engagement best practices to the internal Confluence knowledge base.
  • Build processes, advanced toolkits, and training paths based on successful client use cases.
  • Onboard and mentor new Trainers and lead a recurring team training pillar.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success or Customer Care role.
  • Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar in German, English, and French.
  • Strong listening, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
  • Proactive approach and comfort working in a results-oriented culture.
  • Experience in the learning industry is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s working environment and culture.
