Description

  • Own infrastructure architecture and operations for StartaleApp, Strium, and other production systems.
  • Design, build, and operate highly available AWS infrastructure, including Kubernetes, networking, storage, scaling, and upgrades.
  • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines supporting safe rollouts and rollback.
  • Operate PostgreSQL databases, including replication, backups, recovery, availability, and performance.
  • Build observability and alerting across infrastructure, applications, databases, and blockchain nodes.
  • Operate blockchain nodes, RPC services, and indexers while monitoring synchronization, connectivity, and transaction processing.
  • Design disaster recovery and failover systems and strengthen security through access controls, secrets management, vulnerability management, and monitoring.
  • Diagnose production incidents across the full stack and automate recurring operational processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Track record building and operating highly available production infrastructure.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Linux.
  • Experience with Terraform, GitOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, TLS, and service discovery.
  • Production PostgreSQL experience with replication, backups, recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with high-availability design, incident response, root-cause analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Hands-on experience operating blockchain infrastructure such as nodes, RPC services, indexers, validators, or data pipelines.
  • Experience with SecOps, cloud security, AWS security services, or IAM design (preferred).
  • Experience with bare-metal operations, Helm, ArgoCD, Kafka, NATS, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry, major blockchain ecosystems, financial systems, AI infrastructure tools, Go, Rust, or TypeScript (preferred).
