Description

  • Design and implement scalable AI-assisted engineering workflows across engineering teams.
  • Establish playbooks, standards, and best practices for agentic development.
  • Build task-specific agents for activities such as test generation, refactoring, and code analysis.
  • Develop reusable skills, templates, workflows, and multi-agent execution patterns.
  • Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines, including code review, test generation, maintenance, and quality checks.
  • Implement automation triggers and hooks that embed AI into the delivery lifecycle.
  • Work directly within codebases to accelerate delivery and improve software quality.
  • Enable and upskill engineering teams through guidance, examples, and training.
  • Bootstrap new projects with AI-first engineering practices, architecture, and tooling.
  • Prototype and validate new approaches with a focus on real delivery impact and production safety.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering background in cloud-based SaaS environments, ideally with C# / .NET.
  • Experience building and operating distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system design, and modern development practices.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using AI within real development workflows, not standalone tools.
  • Deep familiarity with AI-native IDEs such as Cursor or similar tools.
  • Proven experience designing structured AI workflows, including reusable prompts, skills, templates, or multi-step agent-based execution.
  • Experience integrating AI into engineering systems such as CI/CD pipelines, PR validation, automation, or developer tooling.
  • Practical application of AI to test generation and maintenance, code analysis, refactoring, and developer productivity at scale.
  • Track record of delivering production-grade solutions and enabling teams to adopt new technologies at scale.
  • Experience working within enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated impact on engineering delivery or developer productivity.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
