Description

  • Assess and implement risk controls for facilities, events, and operations.
  • Manage security projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Engage customers and build their security knowledge and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for security support.
  • Provide direct support and leadership to keep events and business functions secure.
  • Translate security principles into actionable security plans and update them based on effectiveness.
  • Build strong internal relationships with stakeholders across the assigned region.
  • Implement security control measures using principle-based thinking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and recommending control measures.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and the ability to translate them into security plans.
  • Experience contributing to or leading emergency response and risk mitigation trainings.
  • Strong partnership skills and the ability to maintain internal relationships built on mutual respect and benefit.
  • Demonstrated ability to weigh risks and tradeoffs in security recommendations.
  • Ability to travel regularly, approximately 25% of the time.
  • Preference for candidates located in or near the Northeast or Central region of the U.S.
  • Knowledge and experience in a PBM work environment is preferred.
  • Experience with executive protection, event security, or facility security is preferred.
  • Strong operational and process development skills are preferred.
