Description

  • Oversee virtual and in-person program logistics, including schedules, curriculum, speaker selection, registration, day-of execution, and invoices.
  • Create and manage logistics materials such as packets, landing pages, registration pages, Zoom links, and calendar invites.
  • Maintain accurate program data and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the intern supervisor on new projects, ideas, and initiatives.
  • Help create and execute immersive, educational events for FEE’s 11- to 26-year-old audiences.
  • Support outreach, relationship-building, and event coordination for student-facing programs.

Requirements

  • Must be geographically located within the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. for the full program duration.
  • Must be available for a 12-week internship.
  • Must be available every other Thursday from 1:00–4:00 PM ET for virtual professional development.
  • Must be available for the in-person summit at Stand Together’s Headquarters in Arlington, VA on June 3–4.
  • Business, Economics, Project Management, or another related major is desired but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative personality.
  • Commitment to FEE’s mission and principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Interest in the ideas of a free society and student engagement is preferred.

  • Paid internship with a stipend of $7,500 for full-time participation (32 hours/week) or $5,500 for part-time participation (24 hours/week).
