Description

  • Own the Agile practice by defining standards, building playbooks, and ensuring consistent execution across teams.
  • Hire, develop, and manage a small team of Scrum Masters and support their career growth.
  • Lead Agile maturity assessments and turn findings into prioritized improvement plans.
  • Build and maintain leadership-facing dashboards, metrics, and sprint insights that show delivery health across the portfolio.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for delivery model governance, including intake, prioritization, and cross-team dependency management.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to improve delivery outcomes and team objectives.
  • Own Jira workflow standards, reporting integrity, and tooling consistency across delivery teams.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce administrative burden through automation, AI-assisted tooling, and process simplification.
  • Build a community of practice to strengthen Agile craft and shared delivery standards across EIT.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in Agile delivery at a senior or lead level across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing Agile practitioners.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and practitioner levels, setting direction while modeling expected behaviors.
  • Strong Jira expertise, including automation, workflow design, backlog configuration, and dashboard/reporting development.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with the ability to translate delivery signals into executive-level insights.
  • Experience building practices in maturing organizations.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure without rigidity.
  • Enthusiasm for Stand Together's mission and alignment with its values of transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
  • Experience designing Agile maturity models, delivery scorecards, or similar performance frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience supporting platform, data, or enterprise technology teams with high delivery complexity and cross-team dependencies (preferred).
  • Experience building communities of practice or similar knowledge-sharing mechanisms across distributed practitioners (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-assisted tooling or automation that reduces ceremony overhead and improves delivery visibility (preferred).
