Description

  • Handle inbound tenant calls, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage mass email correspondence.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and property concerns.
  • Assist with new leasing leads, schedule property showings, screen applicants, and process rental applications.
  • Conduct credit checks, prepare lease agreements, and file applicant documents accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, and security services.
  • Investigate tenant complaints, lease violations, and disturbances to support lease compliance.
  • Collaborate with the property management team on advertising materials and marketing strategies.
  • Manage administrative tasks and tenant communications in a fast-paced property management environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience in customer service or leasing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is required; AppFolio or similar CRM is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in email management, lease documentation, and financial record-keeping.
  • Available to work US time zones, including graveyard shift hours in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Must have an own laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and backup equipment for power or internet outages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
